Unable to use PS3 code.

I pre-ordered the game on PS3 so i would have it on both formats.

That said, once i registered my pre-order code on the website and got my PS3 code I was unable to use it, as my PS3 decided to not play for a week.
I didn't think much of it as I could still play on my PC as a legacy.

Today my PS3 is back up and running, but when I followed the directions to redeem my PS3 code it told me that it was no longer valid or had expired. I understand the game has launched, but while I await my physical copy I'd still like to play the game!

Not to mention I'd like the pre-order items.

PLEASE HELP!
