Having this issue right now with Prince of Pestilence. Hasn't spawned all day today. Nobody is trying to camp it anymore. Checked the surrounding area to make sure that nobody was holding it. Any idea if this is legitimate concern affecting other NMs?
Nice :) Everyone who's complaining about quick respawn timers should go wait for him to spawn.
