I am an arcanist Lvl 20 at the moment. I was wondering when I was getting the Yellow/Tank Carbuncle. Then I found out you get the Summon II when you reach Lvl 15. I never got Summon II!!!. Weird. :( can someone help me with this?

You need to do the lvl 15 class quest for it.
