Minimum level required to use the forums?!

okay so i tried at level one to post in the balmung world topic,at level 1 then at level 20 and again at 30 yeah still says not high enough...Seriously that's BS

on another note: i'm searching for a rp LS on balmung, and a group of people to level with as the game is just BORING constantly going solo especially as low level quests begin to dwindle more and more i find the game becoming more boring and most of the people i've run into were more than happy to critisize me when asking for a group for leve's and fates at a low level :/
