Registered CE 4 days ago, and it created a new service instead of upgrading..
As soon as this issue occurred, I placed a ticket. I received the "Your ticket has been received and will be resolved within 48 hours" message and have not heard anything since. I have wasted about 12 hours over the last 4 days trying to into support chat only to get to #1 and be told "No one is available." I am currently hitting hour 3 on hold for phone support and am #422 in the que for chat support on try #3 today.
It is pretty ridiculous that all of this isn't working. Can we get a dev response on why chat isn't working, or when these account issues will be corrected?
