Registered my retail edition to the wrong account

So I've been noticing after launch day every time I'd log in it would display 2 different service accounts. At first I thought nothing of it and continued to play on account 1 as usual. Well today upon loging in I was greeted with an error saying my account wasn't suitable to the service environment. Upon further investigation I've found that this account is activated as my beta account. All of my characters are on this account. What I think happened is upon registration of my retail version I made a completely new service account instead of merging it with my beta account. I'm At a loss of what to do here. Please help!
