Me and my wife are experiencing a problem when we go to log in it takes us to the registration code prompt. We have already registered a few days ago, so when we go to re-register it just stays this code is already registered. We would like to know as soon as possiable the problem so we can be making the most of our time and money please respond with a solution or please make it a known issue on your main page for people that are going threw the same problem thank you.
Same thing is happening to me. Website shows I've already put in my code as a register game. When I go to the code checker page it shows only 1 Early Access code and thats what was used to register the game.
Early Access ended and now you have to input the game code from either physical or digital edition.
Check mails and other places. Other threads here can tell you more.
Be careful when you add the game code as doing it wrong creates a new service/character account.
we didn't get any other emails i just checked, and this is getting pathetic i don't want to jump hurdles and run circles to play a game. Iam sure alot of people are with us on this issue where it seems like just to much work and to many problems and bugs and just the over bearing time consumption just to get into our world which we can't even get to. We want to know exactly what to do to get this resolved. We don't feel like playing a game outside the game just to pay someone for the time we have spent. Iam sorry but those are the facts. I have been gonig threw the threads here this is rediculious for a multi-billion dollar company they sure didn't invest enough into this game to make it smooth going. And the old rule stands you please the customers you usually keep them, if u don't you don't have any. I believe as a business owner myself alot more money should of been invested in this game, and somtimes you break the bank and somtimes you don't, but making people happy is why you should do what you do and that is the gratification of running a buisness - service. thank you

I have been experiencing the same problems as listed in this thread. No emails yet, no form of new registration code, no nothing.
Spam folder wields nothing of the sort as well, wolfrikku.
I'm having the exact same problem. Is there no way to skip the registration page?
Ladies and Gentlemen, I have found that Nekodar was right all along. Have an instruction manual:
I. Go to your E-Mail account
II. Look for an E-Mail from webhelp.v4 (Tis what it was for me)
III. At the bottom of the E-Mail, it will say "Digital rights" and then give some text. That text is your new code. It is not nearly as flashy as the one for pre-order, so I was confused.
IV. There is some other line of text which I do not understand, nor need to understand, for this has fixed the problem. The beginning part of the unneeded code starts with "BAWETE" for me.
I imagine this is only a problem for digital users.
