Whenever riding a mount, the screen skips to keep up with the speed of said mount. I've spoken to several of my linkmates and they've all been experiencing the same thing, so I daresay it's not just a computer-related issue.
It's very distracting while running to have your screen skipping along to keep pace. It also sometimes glitches and continues doing it even after you dismount.
I'm considering this a bug in the animation department. I hope you guys are able to smooth it out.
