Are there suppose to be no servers available for new char

I am trying to create a char, and all the servers are greyed out. They've been like this for a half hour now. Is this intentional?

There are far more people playing the game than anticipated. You'll need to wait most likely, they are going to increase server capacity pretty soon. Not intentional specifically.

They open up form time to time, you'll have to keep checking. Otherwise wait for the new server upgrades coming in a couple days.
