What 'new code', where?!

Alright, I apologize because I know there are so many people with problems but I think I need some help.

Where are people supposed to be getting this 'new code'?
I bought two digital copies of the game (one for my girlfriend as well) and I assumed that I'd get an e-mail with these new codes that I'm supposed to use but I don't have one.

I tried going to www.findmyorder.com and typing in my order number but it says that it's incorrect (even though it's not, it's copy and pasted exactly from my order confirmation).

If anyone can help me, I'd really really appreciate it.
I really don't know what to do from here.

I've got no new codes to use, and it says my order number is incorrect but it's not.
My girlfriend and I can't play at all. I'm a little sad ._.

I bought my two copies digitally from Square Enix.

Where did you buy it? And did you try using email and credit card number instead of order number?

That site doesn't even say i have a order placed yet it's on the credit card as pending.

I had that same error and checked back another day and was able to check my order with order# cc#

mine is also pending, im about to call my bank and ake them do a charge back

If it's pending when did you guys buy that particular copy? And I would only do a charge back if you plan on not keeping that account.

Now that it's released, if you're having problem getting in I would contact support and see if that helps.
I hope you'll be able to get in.
