Error 3108. Inactive Service Account

Well today i had to enter my registration code into the psn after playing for several days early access. Put in the code, launched the game all is well so far. I see the names of my characters on my service account click continue... still good. Click play... wait a minute... 2 service accounts?? Click service account one... error 3108.. cannot play. Open service account 2.. NO CHARACTERS!! Go to square enix website..there i have two service accounts.. the one with all my characters is inactive with no way of reactivating, service account 2 has no characters. Contacted customer support several hours ago... still no reply. my ps3 copy of realm reborn is currently a brick. thank you square for one of the worst launches of any current gen mmo.
