Still trying to get my Character fixed from Errors during Phase 4

Feel like a broke record, so before I begin to ramble on endlessly. Might as well report my issue, again.

For the 8th time.

I've had several tickets placed into support since Phase 4 hit, and I haven't had a single one of them answered. Not only that, thanks to the newest update they gave us. All older support tickets have been deleted, which is totally neato.

During Phase 4, when 1.0 players were able to import character data and recreate them, due to the additional races and such. I, however, ran into some very odd issues involving naming. To cut the story short, my original name (Maleko Saint) was unavailable/unable to name on the new server that I was moving to. Well, which is odd since it's a fairly odd name itself. But the kicker is that in Early Access, I was able to take that name just fine. So pretty sure it was an error of some type.

Shortly after all that, I heard about this update from the team:

I was pleased to hear they had given people who had issues during the start a chance to redo their characters, but I haven't heard of anything on the topic since that update. I've had tickets filed with them since the start of P4, and all I've got from them was those automated "We'll help you within 48 hours" type deals. I have a starting collection of about 7 of those now.

Would really just like to know what to do about this issue, because I'd rather not it just get 'shoved under the rug' so to speak.

Has anyone else who experienced similar issues with Phase 4 been contacted or assisted with a character re customization at all since then? I'm genuinely curious to see if this has been talked about at all beyond that post.
