The Americas vs NA?

Sorry, this is an odd question and not a "Technical Difficulty" though you could consider it as such if you think about it.

Considering I'm nowhere FROM that region, could someone explain to me what is The Americas vs NA?

Cuz a mate of mine registered and all that but was pushed into "The Americas" region so he's wondering what kind of code he should be getting. NA or EU?

Once again please remember we're not from that region so things like these; I'd rather play it safe and ask on the forums than to waste money on something we cant use.

For the Americas you should choose NA (North America).

the americas is
south america
central america
and north america < NA
that i know off all "the americas" servers are in NA.

Oh so basically "The Americas" also consists of NA right?

So if he got the NA code version he'll be fine?
