Lodestone character Error

So I try to log onto the Lodestone and it says that I have no active character, when Ive had one since phase 4 (technically phase 3 but he really is gone). I went into the service account thinking that maybe its because early access is about to be over but there are still no payment options. I haven't tried logging onto the game yet because of all the congestion and now I kind of dont want to until I get this Lodestone thing sorted out. Is anyone else having these problems? Or does anyone have a clue as to what I should do? I sent in a service message already but who knows how long that will take...
