I tried to log into day to play FFXIV, but it told me I need to add my registration code which I added during the early access, now it asks for it again and tells me it is invalid. Does anybody have a phone number to contact their technical support to help fix this, since they don't have a live chat and refuse to answer e-mails I'm hoping I can attempt to talk to them over the phone.
OK check your email address you received the original game code from.
There should be another code as now it has gone properly live a new code is required, guessing its another attempt to try and stop gold sellers etc.
except the product code provided by the seller (game stop in my case) is formatted differently than the early access code which is broken evenly into 5 fields of 4 characters. The product code does not translate to that format.
I have this same issue Theadjectivenoun and I do not have another e-mail with a second code Rymunin.
I am having same problem and I am out of game time..and am unable to add more sub time
I never got a new email about new registration code..the only one I have is the one from early access SE plz don't let me 30 dollars have gone to waste
Will I got the code to work but now I can't log in. regardless how many times I restart my computer, I can't either type in my log-in information or after typing it in I get no play button....Q(>.<)Q and my friends are getting the same thing on their computers.
