CE in-game items

I know this topic has been covered, but I am still having some issues. I'm hoping someone can help me out......I am a legacy member (not that really matters for this) I purchased the physical PS3 CE edition. I have no intention of playing this game on the PS3 (I dont even own a PS3). I do, however, want to get the in-game bonus items.

If I had a PS3 - I assume I would login on it and enter my registration code. Since I dont - any suggestions on how to register this CE edition to get the in-game items?

Let's see... I'm Legacy and I bought the original CE back then. Now the only code I used was the pre-order code from the 2.0 CE, and I got my in-game items via Moogle Mail as soon as early access began.

Now I don't know if you own the old CE or not, but I'll assume not because you don't have your items yet. I'm not sure if your PS3 CE would contain any codes you could be using with the PC version, again I'll assume not. So that means you'd probably have to ask someone who owns a PS3, make a PSN account, link that account to your SE account and register the code you got with the CE.

I may be mistaken, and there has been a lot of confusion about this subject in general when pre-orders began, so please don't quote me on that. It's just what I find the most logical.

Maybe here? Create an account and register the game? Not sure.
