In the PS3 Character Creation for NA English the numbers for the 6th Moon (3rd Umbral I believe) are numbered wrong. One of the numbers is repeated, then every subsequent number continues from that repeat so all of that moons dates are off by 1. (6/23 = 6/22 instead of 6/23)
Its actually not a bug. Eorzea runs on a 32 day calendar. not 28/30/31 like we are used to (aka the Gegorian/Mayan Calendar).
So yes the day will be off by 1. The Eorzea calendar is based on when the sun rises and sets. and if you notice in game a few days will pass if you play for long enough.
If you go through the dates, It goes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7, 8. That isn't a Bug?
It actually isnt because the display at the bottom is just displaying the day it would be if you looked at OUR REAL WORLD calendar.... The Eorzea calendar is different, it has 32 days. Our Real world calendar doesnt have enough days to compensate for it so some of the eorzea dates will be the same in the display below.
