Two services, can't access one with my characters.

Alright so I played on early access, and had 2 characters that I am really wanting to play with. The time came for me to put in the code that came with the disk and when I did, on the title screen it told me to select a service, Final Fantasy XIV 1 or Final Fantasy XIV 2. It appears no Characters are on service 2, and service 1 wont let me in because of a 3108 error. It says “This service account cannot be used in the current environment. Use of an account from multiple platforms requires registration for each platform. Visit the Final Fantasy XIV: Mog Station (sqex.to/Msp) for more information.”
When I go there is shows my characters on service 1, and it wont let me open it. I really don’t want to restart, what should I do?
