Anyone else notice listed server time is 6:30pm at time of this post, and only 1:30pm est? That would make this a EU server if the time was proper for the server location.

Agreed, it is a very odd time. It WOULD make you think that Lamia is an EU server, but it does say Lamia (NA) at the World selection screen, not Lamia (EU).
Unless SE comes out and says "Oops...sorry guys/gals, this server was meant to be EU" we'd have to assume that SE labeled it correctly.
Well, with the way things are going with this launch...anything is possible.
It is fairly common for servers to be configured with their timezone set to GMT regardless of location. Not all IT organizations do it, but many do.
That wouldn't explain why multiple other servers I (managed to) try have proper US time zones, and EU servers have proper EU time zone.
Pretty sure Lamia was is mistakenly labeled as NA, when it should be EU. Raciez post is exactly why. Time zones appear correct on other servers (that I've seen) in both NA and EU, but Lamia, a "NA" server has a EU time.
There's also appears to be a fairly large amount of German and French players on Lamia. This may be indicative of nothing though.
I wasn't sure if the server time was just wrong or it was something on my end, glad to see it's been confirmed though.
It is a bit bazaar.
Can anybody get official word on this?
Because I get double the ping on an EU server (around 120ms average), so obviously I would not want to play on one.
I sent an email through the support center asking about this.
