Square Enix not prepared

So im wondering if SE was just not prepared for the influx of players on release. I have a super busy life and i love to squeeze some time out of my day to game, problem is, i do this before work usually an hour or 2 but i cannot even get past the server is full error when i choose a character. im hoping this problem will be fixed i would hate to have wasted money on a game i cannot play. So far i love the game and the devs at SE have done a wonderful job, I just wish they did not sell themselves short by underestimating the amount people that wanted to play. *spend money to make money!!!
