Registration code help pwease!
So I played the game fine yesterday, and then loading it now it's all treating me like a first time player and wants me to 'register'. I log in, and now it wants my registration code...the problem with this is I never got one that I know of and yes I bought it. I bought the digital download version of the game and when I bought the game I didn't even get the buyer confirmation e-mail but I copied the information that was on the page. And another e-mail today from a webhelp.v4 which i'm suspected as spam but has mah name, order id, product id, and digital rights number....but no registration code.
I thought I would have gotten it by now but is there something I'm overlooking or is this their error and I have to contact the company?
