Mouse sensitivity on PS3

hi i'm trying to play on the ps3 with a keyboard & mouse but i'm finding the mouse sensitivity to be way to sluggish, i found an option in the ps3 xmb to adjust the pointer speed which seemed to work a charm on the patcher screen but it doesnt carry over after actually logging into the game, does anyone know a solution to this?

I don't think there is a way to do that... It's meant for controller use. The controller isn't even bad, it's actually quite easy; It's pretty amazing how simple it can be even with all the hotkeys.
