Still Waiting for my CE physical package

I couldn't continue play because I didnt receive my package and I cant even subscribe without the code....
Anyone is still having the same situation as I am?

Check your bank account and make sure you are still being charged for the item. SE may have revoked it.

I pre-ordered on May 28 2013, and on Aug 20 2013 I received this email

and yes, it is charged on my credit card.
