party/raid unit frames+buffs and debuffs

hello there, right, during instances and such, with the party frame or raid frame being used, it has some annoying features that imo needs sorting or give us more options to adjust it.

first thing, on the party unit frame, theres buffs attached to the side, now im not interested in seeing other peoples buffs, as if i wanted to heal, im only interested in seeing debuffs, and this is annoying to filter through at times, i want to react to whats on the tank, not seeing the buff and debuff icons jumping around.

secondly, if a caster is in the group, as they cast, for some reason even my player unit frame, the cast bar is there and covers up the whole HP element..., if casters are spamming spells, this is quite odd feature as it makes it harder to see what HP they are actually on, ive not seen any thing to adjust these settings.

that covers the party frames issue.

with buffs and debuffs, for some reason the HUD element you guys designed has both of these on the same bloody element, yes debuffs show on the right hand side, but i want to be able to decide where i want that, this makes putting the whoe element cumbersome as a result.
if im healing, im very interested again seeing debuffs if i want this element to be made big in UI scale, and buffs depending how proccy the classes or jobs are, depends on user here.

also in regards to procs, be nice to open up a proc element into the HUD, like a window the flashes or something, and only displays when a proc occur, so it doesnt always bother the display of the user.

1 more thing, with regards to the target marker, as in, when you have a target locked on, the arrow that points on them is huge, and i cant find a way to reduce it or change the design, its a nice design just huge.

also another good addition to have is markers to be used on the field, i.e place a pillar of light thats used in world of warcarft, this is a very good feature for raid leaders, as it cuts down the time in explaining tactics for the party/raid, if people havent been raid leaders, you wont understand the pain.

right the cast bar doesnt cover up the hp element in the party frames, but to me it makes it confusing since the hp bar itself and cast bar look similar and close together and the hp bar isnt profound enough in the frame
