I've seen in various trailers that the primal's are supposed to have voiceovers, but on my client (PS3) there are none. Wondering if anyone else has this issue?

I've seen in various trailers that the primal's are supposed to have voiceovers, but on my client (PS3) there are none. Wondering if anyone else has this issue?
From my experience with the game, there is for the most part no VO. There are a few cutscenes that do have some VO but these seem to be isolated to some of the bigger cutscenes in the main story questline.
