Preorded, but still don't have game so I can no longer play...

I preorded the game from amazon about a week before release (around the time of phase 4). I've been awaiting patiently for my game to arrive but it has yet to. Now the launcher is asking for my code but I can't. My game will not arrive till Tuesday, says Amazon. Is there no other way to show proof that I have bought the game (like a receipt) to maybe just get a few extra days till I get the code to input. I would love to play during my last weekend before I go on holiday on Thursday.
