CE 1.0 - Account seen as standard (onion helm is listed)

Hello,

Anyone else is experiencing this? I have the CE 1.0 (played back at release for a few months).

I have recieved my Onion Helm and Asuran Armguards (from the FFXIII first batch promo) but still haven't recieved the other CE items.

My account says it's a "standard account". Any ideas?

I have the exact same thing going on, except that my account is Legacy flagged. Mog Station helpfully offers to sell me a Digital CE for $20, but I shouldn't need to do this. I get the Onion Helm and the armguards, but not the new CE items.

The ticket I opened for this may or may not have been caught in the Great Ticket Purge. :(
