Congestion all around.

since release i've had little to no problems at all with the servers. can log in anytime of the day. Now the JP servers are experiencing similar problems our eu/na brethren are having. sudden lag, kicked out of servers, unable to update JP chars even had frame-rate drops,which has never happened before.
i can think of several causes and some of them may step on some toes.

Its going to be a very painful weekend for everyone while we wait for the new servers and optimizations :/
