First time completion reward on second and later class??

Why is there no first time completion reward for guildleve's when you play your second or later classes? It seems to me like every class you play should be able to get the first time completion bonus. Without the first time bonus guildleve's are worthless, the exp is terrible and for DPS waiting in the queue is just not worth it.

Is it supposed to be this way?

First time completion reward is just that, for the first time. You're pretty much saying you want second/third/etc time rewards as well...

I agree with this and I have to say no on this

Just reserve it to your 2nd class.

It's there to teach you various different fight mechanics, the first time XP is there to attract players to actually do them.

There should be a 1st time bonus for the first time you complete them on each of the three roles, not each class or just the first time like it is now. On a second class there is little reason to bother with them as the reward is so low. They are supposed to help you learn your role, and a bonus for doing it for a new role should be there.

I agree in some respects. I think that Guildhests do serve their purpose of teaching players mechanics. At the same time after doing them once they become a complete worthless part of the game with one fate being worth twice a leve. This shouldn't be the case. They should either put a reset time on the first time reward, or increase the base exp for completing them. As right now I'll never do another guildhest unless they put more in because they would do nothing for me.
