Trying to aliviate long zone loading times

Need some advice as to what steps I should take next in trying to fix an issue.

2 people playing Realm Reborn in our household and one machine has 1-2 second zone loading times while the other takes 15-30 seconds to load a zone. This gets really frustrating especially with how often you zone doing quests.

We swapped the HDD for an SSD, upped the ram to 6GB (which really helped NPC loading time), and the GPU is already better than the one on the faster load time machine.


None of these fixed the zone loading issues. Is my next step CPU? or is there something else I'm missing?
