Missing CE items

My account did not get flagged CE even though i paid for CE and have my reciept showing it. Ive emailed support 4 times at this point, first 1 never even got replied tom second one reply was sent and told me basically they were under load and to resubmit my support ticket. Third one never got any reply to it either. Fourth one got msg saying they would reply in 48hours that was 72hours ago. Seriously starting to get pissed off here im not asking for much i just want what i paid for. I don't even care about the server issues error 90k and 1017 and all the likes i understand those types of issues but to sell me a product and not give me everything that was included is not good. Also god forbid you can find an actually contact phone number for them anywhere sigh not a good showing for my first time dealing with the company.

My friend has the same issue. Bought a physical CE and his account shows up as a normal account after adding the code. No pet, no helm etc.
He's allso still waiting for a fix since they replied to him saying they'd check on it and get back to him.
