Can't redeem code on XMB

Hey there, completely mad here. Got the code xxxx-xxxx-xxxx code from the site, and tried using it on my ps3 and it doesnt seem to be valid, I want an answer please.

This is awesome, having paid for this, and I can't see no support link to get somebody to tell me. GIMME ANSWERS YO $$

What code from which site exactly? Provide as much details as possible to obtain relevant and helpfull advice as your question is currently too vage to help you. This includes also region (NA, EU and so on) and version of the game (e.g. physical copy or digital download).
