"Account already cancelled" HELP

I try to log in and it says the account is cancelled, so I ended up creating a new account. But I would like to play with my version 1 character. I have no way to contact SE that I can figure out because I can't even login- I just get a message saying " your account has already been cancelled" Every method for character restore etc starts with logging in..

Please help.. Its my own fault for cancelling before character transfer etc, but usually SE saves those old records for "Come back to Eorzea" type campaigns.
