Question About the Digital Copy + Pre-order

I bought the Windows digital download of the game on the EB Games website. It included early access and the mog cap/cait cith minion, which I got. Now I'm getting the same error as everyone else, with the launcher telling me to put in another 20 digit code. I only received one 20 digit code, the early access one, which I already used so it doesn't work.

I've seen some people say that early access was only limited to early access and that I'd have to buy the game again for the code. So my question is, was the digital download with early access that I purchased only for early access? I think I spent roughly $30 on it. Do I have to buy another?

Alot of people are like you, you just need to go check at your mail, inbox or spam or whatever for another mail by either EB Games website or square enix. They should have given you another code which is the registration code. If its not in your mail then maybe you have to check at EB Games website or whatever EB Games do it.
I never buy anything from EB Games website before so i have no idea how they give you digital games, but usually is by mail or something.

I've checked all of my folders on both of my accounts, and I didn't receive any other 20 digit codes. The problem with checking on the site is I bought it hastily as a guest (not a smart move) and only recently registered an account on the EB Games/GameStop website. So I can't use the GameStop app and go to My Games and check like people are suggesting.

You have to check with EB Games for this case. They should be the one who be giving you your ff14 registration code.
Early access code and registration code are two completely different things.
EB Games should give you a ff14 registration code, once you got that code, you can use it to register onto your current account and it will work like everyone else here.
