Launcher is asking for my registration code again and stopping me from logging on.

When i go to start up the game it's telling me to make an account and register the game.
I've already been playing since early access, now i'm getting blocked by my launcher.
After i tell it i have a square account and input my login/password it then asks my to input my registration code. When i do it says the code is in use and prevents me from going any further. Please help me...i don't know what to do.

This was fixed for me after checking my junk email folder and finding a new square email with another code in it. Why it went to my junk i have NO CLUE. Then just go to the mog station and input the code and i was good to play! 50 HERE I COME!

You have to register the actual game code if all you had registered before was the Early Access code.

Depending on where/how you bought it you may have to log in to amazon and check, or check email (including spam folders), or just check the physical box if that's what you got.

that is not the issue. its not even getting to the normal login screen. its as if it forgot that we had setup the app before.

also, when i go into http://na.square-enix.com/ it is showing me as having a valid code for the game.

I'm having the same problem. :( Has anyone found anything out yet? I'm about to ask for help on Reddit.

It's also not showing any characters when I log into Lodestone.

This worked for me. I digitally pre-ordered... find the receipt and enter in the product code. The early access code is different.

Same, i've tried reinstalling launcher but problem still persist. I tried on my brother's PC and his is locked out now as well >.<"
