Game camera won't stop rotating (PC)

I posted this in the bug forum but it's pretty much been ignored.

Phase 4 beta: I had issues with my official 360 controller on my laptop, all the buttons were swapped round which made things quite difficult! As I had to control the camera with the triggers it didn't spin like now.

So the problem I have is when I use any of my controllers (2 official wireless with official wireless receiver, and 1 official wired pad) my camera just won't stay still. It rotates slowly all the time and then will zoom in/out, look up, look down etc. I'm constantly having to adjust it with slight movement to the right analogue stick.

I thought maybe it was all 3 sticks had decided to break, so I swapped the buttons round, made the left stick the camera and all it did was just make my character walk around in random directions, and the camera still span!

There is something weird going on and I'm presuming it's an in game thing rather than my controllers, as I don't have a problem with other games and one of the controllers is specifically for my 360.

It would be nice if this could be fixed because although I've worked out a method for controlling it, it's still very annoying and it makes targeting mobs/npcs very difficult too.
