Still no Pre-Order confirmation code..

I preordered the game, didn't get my registration code til tuesday night, so I couldn't play the pre-release. But I'm on now, which is good! :D
However, I'm still waiting for my code to get the in-game stuff like the cait-sith doll, etc.
I put a support ticket in a few days ago, but have only had a confirmation that it got sent... I've not heard anything since.
Am I still eligible to get my pre-order bonuses? Also is anybody else having this same problem?

The preorder bonus items are (if I'm not mistaken) redeemable til end of the year (31 December 2013).

I'm still waiting to find out what happened to my game. If they don't respond in 48 hours tey automatically cancel your ticket.
