Closed service ticket, but which one? Unable to log into game now due to no support.
I recently received an e-mail saying that due to too many people having issues with early access, my support ticket was canceled, however I was never told which one. I had used the form in the support center for registering my Collector's Edition game to a new service account on accident, but haven't heard back yet, nor do I know if that was the support ticket that was canceled.
Just looking for some help since I was kicked mid dungeon without any warning since the early access time has finally ran out and have yet to hear any sort of response.
