asking for registration code again, cant log in anymore

On Saturday when the game went live I redeemed the 16 digit serial code I got in the email for ordering FFXIV pc download and got a 20 digit access code which I entered and started playing. At 2:25 am PST 8/30 I got booted from the game and when I tried to log in it asked me to enter the 20 digit code again and when I try to put it in it says its already in use, yea no shit its in use I already entered it a week ago!.. Not really sure what to do, It wont let me log in without entering a code which I already put in.
