Unable to log into the game (Launcher)

So I've been playing the game since the beta 4 when I ordered it. As you can see from my character that is selected I got to level 50 and 21 over the last few days. Then suddenly I get logged off with error 90000 and when I try to log back on it asks for a registration code which I already applied to my account. Then when I try to put in my registration code it says it is already in use and wont let me continue on. Is anyone else having this issue and does anyone have tips on reliable ways to contact square enix. I tried their support page but it asks for a playspam ID or something and I have no idea what that is. I tried putting in my user name that I use and it doesn't work I have no idea why this company requires you have to like 3 different account.
