Duty Finder World Group Restriction

I understand that the Duty Finder will be updated to limit how many 'worlds' are searched when trying to find a match. Instead of 25 worlds, (or all in a data center), it will be less.

This of course means it will take longer to find someone to play with. Right now, it can take 30+ minutes to find some party friends when searching as a DPS. With less worlds to search amongst, this time may go up.

So my question is, is it possible that they will change it in the future so more worlds (rather than less) are searched? Or do they expect to be better distribution of people searching in future, so less wait times?
