Is this possible that im from EU i bought my CE Box in EU but im playing on NA server, so thats way i cant get my CE bonus items, and my acc is only Standard not Collectors? If so, is there any way to gest my CE status and my bonus items i payed for?

the sixth picture down with the red arrow you must enter that code to unlock the CE items.
i dont think it is server related ...
if u pre-ordered the game ..
u will get them later ..in 2 days >> happend to me ..
and got them by mail
