confused

i just have a couple quick questions

1. when will player housing be added
2. is there a way to shatter your crystal for shards, i remember doin it in 1.0 i think
3. is the leve recharge rate the same as it was in 1.0?

housing will be added in an upcoming patch, either the first or second I believe is what they said

you used to be able to make crystals into shards via alchemy, not sure if you still can. would need to check my recipe books, will edit later when I find out
