Ok, so I bought the game set up my account and due to some issues got EA. But now I haven't got a code to play. I've done everything I can think of and I'm supposed to get 30 days free subscription, but I don't know what to do.
I've emailed tech support but I figure it will be a wait.

Physical. I went into the store and bought it. It's registered on my PSN and everything.
For some reason the PSN service isnt recognized by the square enix account. The only thing you can do is wait. They havent even said anything about this issue. I'm sorry, that's all I know.

There are two codes in the box, one is for PSN, the other is to register with SE. You need to register/link the PSN account with the SE account and bingo. I know this as I have a PS3 CE box in front of me.
I have 2 codes, my SE is all registered and I have a code for the light helm too, but can't redeem it.
It comes up with invalid code.
