For the level 43 main story line quest, you must accept a quest from one of the npc's ON the airstrip which means they are PAST the two gates. The problem is if you don't accept the quest (in my case a was only lvl 42 so i COULDN'T accept it) there is seemingly no way to get back on the the airstrip itself.
Please help maybe im just missing something.
