Unable to start thread

Why is it i get this EVERY TIME i go to start a topic except for here, actually i just tried to make a post in the quest area and it gave me the message below? "New thread cannot be created due to either you have reached to your daily limit or your main character's level is not high enough." (first i have posted in a few days also.

This is actually the first post i have been able to create since these boards went live, had no issue with the beta boards.

However your level should allow you to create threads. Maybe it relies on an internal database that only syncs every couple days?
