Why isnt' there a Quene??

The search button is your friend. Use it. This has been discussed to death and there is an answer for your queue question.

Anyways: There is a queue system. When that queue is full (It holds at the minimum 255 people in it) the server locks until a spot in the queue is available. They will be addressing this within the next 7days or so. May want to research the threads for the official response to that.

Meanwhile be patient. You can always roll on a JP server for the first few weeks then use your server transfer to move to another one you want. Though since you are 28 I'm sure that won't be an option for you. Perhaps for new people.

Been trying to get back on since a power outage on wednesday, still no luck. If this isn't fixed before something else comes out, I'm gone.

There is a queue, but 1017 means that not only is the play server full, but the login server is as well. No empty slot for new people in the queue. No room in game. Totally full.

I was #3 in the queue...then I went to 1017.. strange

Is it because i'm black????

Maybe if people didn't all flock to the same 2-3 servers it would be easier to get in. Wouldn't eliminate the problem but it's much harder to get in when everyone is trying to get on the same 2-3 servers.

I was on Balmung in 1.0. All my friends in XIV are on Balmung as well. I suppose people who have played for months on a server should have all said goodbye and transferred to another legacy server... oh wait the other (NA/EU) legacy servers are having the same trouble.
