I didint receive my Collector`s Edition Key (physical PC Version)

Hello,

I tried to contact the support with a ticket, it`s been 3 days and no response...

I bought them at the SE store.

in may I bought 2 editions of ARR, A Physical CE for me and a digital stardard one for my friend...

I just got 1 email with the digital standard key, but I didn`t get an email with my CE key yet, and I won`t be able to play tomorrow anymore because the early access key expires today =/

It will take at least a month till my CE box arrives, and I don`t wanna wait that longer >.<

Please help me, I have a free weekend just to play ARR >.<

Did you but it from SE? Also they closed all support tickets 2 days or older due to having an overwhelming amount of them so try sending another one.

Then you should contact support again, like I said they closed everything older than 2 days. Also carefully look through your email, a lot of people I tell to look again find it. One more thing you can try is looking up your order here if it was purchased form SE NA.

I tried that Site, it always says incorrect info.

I bought from NA SE Store

It says incorrect when you try to hit find?
