i was just doing a duty when i lost connection to the game, i tryed to log back in but as i click on the start button it gave me the option to choose from two account (ffixiv1 or ffxiv2)
when i clicked on ffxiv2 there was no characters in it and when i click on ffxiv1 it said sometime about muti platform requires proper redistrtion.
anyone can help me and tell me what wrong?
