How do we get our money back?
SE purposely makes it difficult and misleading when making accounts one the PS3, by giving no option but to make a new account. Error 1017 will let us play all day long. Don't even get me started about the other errors of this game.
I called Gamestop and they said they could not give me a refund, that I needed to contact SE. Square has yet to reply to my answer about refunds.
So, even if I wanted to play with my beta characters, I cant because my active account does not have those characters on it. Not to mention error 1017 prevents me from playing, period.
Anyone got any answers on how to get a refund from SE?
